  • Using WebUI's import tool to import data from another WSRR
instance generates an SqlException.

Problem summary


    

  • When attempting to import data from another WSRR v7.5 instance
using the new functionality in the web UI, an SQLException (
GSR5000I) might occur.

For DB2, the exception given is:

com.ibm.sr.upgrade.impl.DataTransferFromWSRR75 transferBlobs
GSR5000I: Captured exception [425]:
com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-301,
SQLSTATE=07006, SQLERRMC=1, DRIVER=3.61.65

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The code used to perform the data transfer from a v7.5 source
system was using an incorrect Java type to read and set a
BIGINT database column.

The fix for this is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 1 for
WSRR v7.5.
