Error description

  • A ProtocolException might occur when retrieving a WSRR
configuration profile via the ATOM API.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When using the ATOM API to retrieve a WSRR configuration
profile, the following exception might occur:

    org.apache.commons.httpclient.ProtocolException: Unable to parse
    header: <HEADER_STRING>

Problem conclusion

  • When the name of the configuration profile contained certain
characters, the HTTP header could become invalid.

The code has been updated to encode such characters in the
Content-Disposition header and this prevents the given exception
    occurring.

This fix is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 4 for WSRR v6.3.
