IT43357: DELETE A LARGE AMOUNT OF ROWS FROM AN BTS INDEX IS ALLOCATING A LOT OF VX MEMORY

Error description

• When a delete happen on 700000 rows in one step on a table
  defining a simple
  BTS index a lot of VX memory is allocated during the operation
  
  before the delete
