Error description

• select *
  from ( select week, year, 'two' from syslicenseinfo where
  max_conns==2
         union
         select week, year, 'three' from syslicenseinfo where
  max_conns==3
  ) syslicenseinfo
  order by year, week;
  
  Above query works in 12.10.FC15.
  But fails with below Error in 14.10.FC9,
  
  26088: A CTE must have a non-recursive sub-query and at most one
  recursive sub-query.
