Error description

• After migrating the H2 database to H2 jar version 2.1.210 (which
  is included in HQ version 2)
  H2 can be corrupted.
  Common error is:

  org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLSyntaxErrorException: Table
  "USER_PERMISSIONS" not found; SQL statement:
