Error description
Starting in IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center 8.1.14, in an Enterprise Configuration scenario, configuring the Hub Server for a new Operations Center install can fail with a blank screen. Local fix
Turn off the Enterprise Configuration Manager setting in the IBM Spectrum Protect server by running the command ?set configmanager off?. After the Hub is configured, the ?configmanager? setting can be returned to its previous value.
