APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is possible to see the scheduler next execution run times
  cause problems even if the engine contains the fix for APAR
  IT26852 which can mean that tasks might no longer run correctly.
  This could cause various issues including performance problems
  if the AUS evaluation and refresh task do not run.
  
  A possible workaround is restarting the scheduler or bouncing
  the server which will reset internal flag settings but there
  might still be a need to update the next execution run values.
