Error description

• Adding the rowid in fragmented table select statement returns
  "750  Invalid distribution format found for"
   Data stored within the system catalog table  sysdistrib is
  corrupted for fragmented table  when select query run on that
  table. This is happen after  adding rowid on the fragmented
  table.
  

Local fix

• Drop and then rebuild the distributions associated with the
  tables referred to in your SQL statement by using the UPDATE
  STATISTICS command.
