IT36480: IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT SERVER CRASHES WHEN ENABLING CENTERA TRACE CLASSES

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Starting with version 8.1.10.000, the IBM Spectrum Protect
    Server crashes with these symptoms when enabling the Centera
    trace classes:.
    
    For example on a Linux host, the server activity log will
    display:

    ANR2741I Alert monitor has started.
    
    The IBM Spectrum Protect Server host /var/log/messages will
    display:
