IT36064: IFXCLONE CREATES INCORRECTLY LINKED GLOBAL MUTEX LIST WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ENGINE HANG

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the ifxclone command to create, for example, an RSS server
  causes a problem in the linkage of the global mutex list.
  
  The onmode_mon thread may appear to be constantly running when
  servicing the onstat -z command. This may make the engine
  unresponsive to further onmode commands and will require to be
  forcibly shutdown using onclean, for example.
  

Local fix

• Restart the new Server after completion of the ifxclone command.
