• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The onstat output occasionally needs to evolve. At the same
  time, customers sometimes write scripts that depend on the
  original output.
  When we change the onstat output in a way that might break
  scripts we'll make the change contingent on the ONSTAT_LEGACY
  environment variable setting.
  
  From xC5 onwards, the header also includes a datetime stamp in
  the format: <year>-<month>-<day> <hour>:<minute>:<second>
