Error description
If there is a very busy primary server, then any sessions performing transactional work might experience a blocked state for a number of seconds while a HDR secondary starts up and is establishing synchronization. The blocked time will be seen during the processing of log records within the current logical log and this can be seen by running many "onstat -u" reports and looking for flags with a value of "G-" or "B-". The block time could be long if the log file size is very big.
