Error description

• When running the SQL statement UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH
  FOR TABLE on a table with multiple indexes and
  data spanning large number of pages, it is possible that
  activity to scan index pages can run without yielding if all
  required pages are present in the buffer pool.
  The impact of this will vary depending on what other
  threads need to run on the same VP.
  For example if a listener thread is ready to run then new
  connections to the database server may
  be delayed and customer may experience the hang.
