Error description

  • DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
    In the logs there are more errors like "The
    transaction log for the database is full.. SQLCODE=-964,
    SQLSTATE=57011"
    
    The T_RES_DATA_PATH database table is very big
    and the SQL being called has many entries and / or many counts
    for some devices, resulting a very heavy load on the database
    resulting in transaction logs being consumed.

    * environment and numerous concurrent active users             *

    * Storage Insights GUI became unresponsive.                    *
    * The web server was not working properly and                  *
    * restarting the web server did not solve the                  *
    * problem on its own, only a full reboot of the                *
    * server worked to resolve the problem                         *
