APAR status

Error description

  • If informixhq log for server or agent gets deleted at runtime,
    it does not get re-create.
    
    This issue is caused due to defect in logback used by HQ 1004 -
    "Re-create log if it gets deleted at runtime on Unix/Linux" ,

Local fix

  • User have the make logging start again by following below,
    by stopping and starting Informix HQ agent/server
    Touch logfile, give same ownership or provide same permission.
