APAR status

Error description

  • Secondary servers, with compressed tables, can incur assertions
    and abort following a message that a (compression) dictionary
    couldn't be found:

    Upon restart everything will work and continue normally (so
    "Dictionary not found" not meaning the desired dictionary really
    is missing.)
    
    The log record type incurring such assertion isn't significant,
    but the code line being reported (rscompress.c : 5961) is always
    the same.
    

Local fix

  • Restarting the secondary will normally overcome the problem
    situation.
