Error description

  • Setting AUTOLOCATE to a positive number should create new
fragments when the existing ones have reached the max number of
    pages.
This is working fine for character fragments, but does not work
for varchar or lvarchar columns when using the "with Rowid"
    syntax.

Instead after trying to create a new fragment, the instance will
    hang
