Error description
An instance configured with loopback replication and a repl2sp replicate using the --jsonsplname option that starts spooling can lead to its CDRNsT2 thread stuck continually looping looking for a transaction over and over in same sblob. The CDRNsT2 thread will yield and can migrate to different CPU VPs but it will continue to run.
