Error description

• The issue is happening when PCOMM Utilities (such as Data
  Transfer) and PCOMM HACL scripts are executed over Windows
  "Task Scheduler" function.
  
  When executed, the ff. error
  messages could be seen:
  
  "...specified module is not
  found"
  
  or
  
  Return Code "3221225781"

  * Unable to do automatic data transfer using Windows Task      *
  * scheduler, however the manual data transfer is working fine. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When the user executes the .TTO file through Windows Task
  Scheduler selecting the option "Execute whether user is logged
  on or not", the task gets completed, but no data was actually
  transferred.
  
  Steps to Reproduce the Problem
  
  1. Open PCOMM display session
  2. Connect to iSeries host
  3. Go to Action Menu-> Receive File from Host
  4. Browse the file to be Received from the host under PC
  filename
  5. Specify the iSeries Libraray/File (Member)
  6. Save the changes and the .TTO file will be generated
  7. Go to the Task scheduler
  8. Create a new task under the Task scheduler library
  9. Provide the name for the new Task
  10.Go to Action->New
  11.Browse the path of ⠜PCSFT5.exe⠝ from the PCOMM
  Installation directory.
  12.Give the path of newly create .TTO file under the add
  argument (optional)
  13.Click Ok.
  14.Run the Newly created Task
  15.Data transfer will not happen.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes have been made to the install package to specify the
  absolute path for "Trace facility" under the environment
  variable.
  
  Fix scheduled for PCOMM 14.0.2 64-Bit Refresh Pack
