Error description

• Defining a repository server in Spectrum Protect Plus fails
  with the error 'unable to create archive cloud container
  spp-xxxxxxxxxx'
  
  This happens due to an issue in the Object
  Agent that functions as S3 interface between Spectrum Protect
  Plus and the Spectrum Protect server.

  The important thing to note in above
  error message is that no actual translation happened. The first
  part of the error message (before "to") is expected, but the
  second part should have shown the error being translated into
  something similar to 'object not found / HTTP 404'.
  
  There are
  no errors reported in the Spectrum Protect server actlog.
