    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Intermittent abends of integration servers and integration node
agent processes due to an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION may be
seen, particularly on the Windows platform. This is due to a
potential double free of a pointer to a named pipe, used for
inter process communications (IPC), when handling a previous
exception. The call stack information reported in the abend
files will be similar to the following examples.

    DataFlowEngine process:

    ntdll!RtlCaptureContext
