Error description

• If SQLTRACE  is set to "
  level=high,ntraces=1000,size=2,mode=global" and if  the task
  "Auto Update Statistics Refresh"  is disabled and then enabled.
  
  calculation of tk_attributes  and tk_next_execution fails and
  is blank in output of SQL
  
  "SELECT * FROM ph_task WHERE tk_name = 'Auto Update Statistics
  Refresh';"
  

Local fix

• 1. Stop IDS server
  2. Set SQLTRACE back to level=off,ntraces=1000,size=1.
  3. Start server.
  4. Disabled and then enabled "Auto Update Statistics Refresh".
