IT32601: DUPLICATE DATA COLLECTOR ENTRY IN STORAGE INSIGHTS GUI WITH IP SET TO UNKNOWN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After reboot the Data Collector Windows service starts earlier
  than the initialization of the network card interfaces
  and
  that's why the Data Collector does not detect any active
  network interface and uses the short host name and the IP is
  set to UNKNOWN.
  

Local fix

• Change startup type of Data Collector service in windows server
  to "delayed start"
