• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IBM Storage Insights show all attach storage systems in GUI.
  The SI Device Support Portal (eg. HMS) doesn't find the storage
  systems and other information.
  It displays incomplete information when a PMR number, device
  serial, customer number, or customer name is entered.
  The database query used to collect information about the
  instance isn't collecting the storage information.
