IT32364: ONMODE -P START <SERVERNAME> ON A PORT IN USE, CREATES AN ASSERTWARNING INSTEAD OF A SIMPLE ERROR MESSAGE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you start a listener using onmode -P and the port is in use
  then an Assert Warning is generated.  An Assert Warning doesn't
  contain any additional useful information and an error message
  would suffice.

  Note that onmode will return a code of 0 to the command line
  even in the error condition.  This is expected behavior as this
  mean success that it sent the command to the server, even though
  in this case the listener is already started.

• Fixed in Informix Server 14.10.xC9.
