Error description

• If you hit a javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException(BIP2702W:
  javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException) due to a network
  issue while communicating to the LDAP server, its seen that the
  identity gets flagged as invalid in integration node security
  cache. Further requests with the same identity will be rejected
  with exception "BIP2702W: Cache has identity authentication
  invalid "

Problem conclusion

• The product now considers <span style="background-color:rgb(255,
  255, 255)">ServiceUnavailableException equivalent to a
  CommunicationException and does not invalidate the entry in the
  cache. </span>
