Error description

• Given the following environment:
  
  HDR Pair with multiple Connection manager on top The HDR primary
  was brought down and the old secondary is now
  promoted to an new Primary. Immediately after the old primary is
  attached to the HDR as a new secondary server and the primary
  server is not empty , the server reports messages like :
