Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect Office 365 agent processes a fix amount
  of concurrent accounts. Currently is the default value 5
  concurrent accounts.
  This limitates the user and does not help the performance of the
  product.
  
  The improvement is to provide parallel processing thread level
  option to IBM Spectrum Protect Plus backup and restore of Office
  365 mailboxes.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus has been enhanced to provide the
  additional option "Maximum concurrent accounts" for Office 365.
  The option is configurable from the "Manage application servers"
  screen.
