Error description

• If there are files on a OneDrive which size is 0 bytes (empty
  file) the backup job will end with fail status when trying to
  protect that file.
  
  Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Office 365 agent
  V10.1.5

• Remove empty files from OneDrive
