APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Failover from Node1 to Node2 reports following error message in
    the Node2 failover cluster manager screen.
    
    The Operation has failed.
    Failed to bring the resource 'IBM Spectrum Protect SERVER1 Group
    Server' online.
    
    However, IBM Spectrum Protect server service is up and running
    on Node2.
    
    The failover starts the IBM Spectrum Protect SERVER1 service
    successfully, but when the code performs a check "query" and
    that query fails with a
    return code of 6, which is: ERROR_INVALD_HANDLE
    
    Customer/SME Diagnostics:
    
    Cluster logs report following errors messages. You can create a
    cluster.log by running on a power shell window Get-ClusterLog.
