Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11 and IBM Integration Bus
  V10 using KAFKA nodes to produce or consume compressed messages.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">Kafka servers
  allow compressed messages to be produced and consumed. Its seen
  that the KAFKA nodes in IIB  V10 or ACE V11 are not able to
  produce or consume compressed messages of compression type
  snappy or lz4. The reason being that the product does not ship
  the required jars to produce or consume snappy or lz4
  compression.</span>
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now ships the jars required to produce or consume
  snappy or lz4 compressed messages for the KAFKA nodes.
