Error description

  • After a power supply unit (PSU) failure, the Storwize V3700 GUI
and Call Home showed the failure, but Storage Insights did not
indicate that there was a problem. The storage system and its
components were all shown as Normal/Online (green). Although 1
PSU was still online, the offline PSU should have resulted in a
status change for the PSU and the enclosure to indicate that
they were running with problems and then propagate that up to
the storage system level for awareness of the component
    health.

This issue affects both Storage Insights and Spectrum
    Control.
