Parsing error message as provided below is seen when the mqsicreatebar command is run after installing language pack iit.nl.p2repo.10.0.0.16-20190319-1231.zip. "Error: Could not parse XML contribution for "com.ibm.etools.mbstub.v61.nl1/". Any contributed extensions and extension points will be ignored." The actual build and later deploy of the bar file is not impacted and this error message can be ignored.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM Integration Bus V10 installing Language pack iit.nl.p2repo.10.0.0.16-20190319-1231. Platforms affected: Linux on x86-64 platform, Windows on x86-64 platform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After installing the Language pack iit.nl.p2repo.10.0.0.16-20190319-1231.zip specifically com.ibm.etools.iib.toolkit.nl1.feature.group, mqsicreatebar command used to create the bar file throws below error. "Error: Could not parse XML contribution for "com.ibm.etools.mbstub.v61.nl1/". Any contributed extensions and extension points will be ignored." <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">However, the bar file gets created successfully and this error can be ignored.</span>
Problem conclusion
