Error description

• Adding a Netapp storage system in IBM Storage Insights GUI using
  a domain user failed with error:
  NetApp device discovery failure
  ?can?t Connect to Storage Systems? - ?Check that the storage
  systems are online and that the network is up and running. If
  you still can?t connect, check the connection details and
  credentials that you entered for the systems.?
