Error description

  • The same "Alert" is shown in OC alert view is one day behind in
    the command "select * from TSM_MON_ALERT"
    
    1.Access the Spectrum Protect OC
    2.Navigate to "Overviews" and double click the the Alert.
    3.Write the ID number,"First" and "Latest" information.
    4.Execute below command in dsmadmc console on Spectrum Protect
    HUB server;
      select * from TSM_MON_ALERT where alertid='ID_In step 3'
    5.Compare the "First" and "Latest" information between the OC
    GUI and command. They are not matched.
