• onstat -g cluster showing secondaries' (or primary's, when ran
  on a seconday) 'Status' as SYNC(<sec_type>) or
  ASYNC(<sec_type>), e.g.:

  This is unfortunate as
   - it, at least ASYNC, looks like one of the three possible
  HDR_TXN_SCOPE settings
     but isn't, in fact it only tells DRINTERVAL -1 (SYNC) or
  greater than -1 (ASYNC)
   - it doesn't mention the actual HDR_TXN_SCOPE setting (should
  that even be relevant)
