Error description

  • The "cannot retrieve data" error message may occur for multiple
    Operations Center panels.
    The problem is due to the usage of colon  ( ':' ) character in
    the password used by the user who logins into the Operations
    Center (OC).

    The Operations Center log will show such kind of exception:

Local fix

  • Remove the colon character from the userid's password used to
    login into OC.
