IT30724: MESSAGE FLOW FAILS TO START BIP2113E TRYING TO ATTACH A CHILD WITH THE SAME IDENTIFIER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a Message Flow using a subflow which were created in an
  earlier release of  the product is deployed in a BAR file
  created using "mqsipackagebar" it can fail to start with a error
  of the following form reported:
  
  BIP2113E: IBM App Connect Enterprise internal error: diagnostic
  information 'Trying to attach a child but there is already a
  child with the same internal identifier and type.', ?<name>?,
  'MessageFlow'.
  
  Where <name> could be like any of the following:
  -    'PropertyOrganizer_<N>'
  -    'Composition_<N>'
  -    'GIFFileGraphic_<N>'
  

Local fix

• The issue can be avoided by building the BAR file using
  mqsicreatebar or the ACE Toolkit BAR Editor.

Problem conclusion

• The ACE runtime message flow deployment is corrected to ignore
  the id attribute on properties in message flows.
