Error description

• When the Microsoft Windows Hyper-V service has a problem,
  it can cause the following errors as seen in the job log:
  Backup  (vm: MYVM)  failed. Error: Failed to convert Snapshot
  CTGGA1873,delete snapshot failed
  CTGGA0076,Unprotected vm:  MYVM. Last error: [Failed to convert
  Snapshot]
  The following has also been seen in the job log:
  Backup  (vm: MYVM)  failed. Error: null

Local fix

• Restarting the VMMS (Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management) service
  has shown to resolve this problem.

Problem conclusion

• Some changes were made to the Hyper-V backup job to add some
