Error description

• When Spectrum Control manage FlashSystem 9100 (FAB3) and
  Storwize V7000 Gen3 with compressed RAID arrays and their
  storage capacity are virtualized,
  the License Compliance panel fail to load the list of all
  managed devices because the computed value of Virtualized
  Capacity incorrectly may be greater than Total Capacity for
  those devices.
