Error description

• Turning on and evaluating 'explain' output (query plans and
  execution stats) for a job or application re-executing multiple
  prepared statements can be tedious and confusing:
   - query text and plan printed once only per statement, at
  optimization time
   - re-executing prepared statements only printing new host
  variables
     and execution stats, without reference to what query this is
   - execution stats not being reset at re-execution of a
  statement,
     so values like rows_prod, rows_scan would keep growing and
     correctly reflect an execution only on first execution
