Error description

• he activity log reports many ANR0162W and ANR0103E messages with
  error 2343 for table SD.Chunk.Locations.  The messages are due
  to reaching a negative value for the REFCOUNT column.
  
  Example messages:
  ANR0162W Supplemental database diagnostic information:
  -1:22003:-802 ([IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/LINUXX8664] SQL0802N
  Arithmetic overflow or other arithmetic exception
  occurred.  SQLSTATE=22003).
  ANR0103E sdrefcount.c(576): Error 2343 updating row in
  table "SD.Chunk.Locations".
