Error description
For IDG installs on Docker or IDG4Linux RPMs the memory throttling function will automatically be disabled. The device will not reload if system memory is higher than the configured settting and will not log error messages about memory being too high.
Local fix
Problem summary
The code change will always disable memory throttling for the container & software platforms not what the memory throttle setting is in the configuration.
