Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus for Exchange stores the mailbox
  history information in the output.json of backup job.
  When IBM Spectrum Protect Plus backups a database with large
  numbers of mailboxes inside, the mailbox history information
  will be very large and that will cause the output.json become
  very large. The IBM Spectrum Protect Plus host agent/server
  cannot handle the large output.json file and the output.json
  will not be copied to IBM Spectrum Protect Plus server side
  after backup job done.

Problem conclusion

• In the original IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Exchange agent logic,
  we store the mailbox history in the output.json of backup job.
  It made the output.json very big.
  But a big json file will cause hang or exception in IBM Spectrum
  Protect Plus side. As the fix, we removed the mailbox history
  from output.json of backup and store it to a individual file on
  vsnap volume.
