Error description

  • DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
    Upgrading an eWAS based version of Spectrum Control (5.2.13 and
    older) server directly to Spectrum Control v5.3.4 in a Windows
    Domain environment will cause authentication of Domain users to
    fail.

    Problem as described by customer: Not able to authenticate
    domain users in Web GUI.
    Initial customer impact (low/med/high):high
    
    At this time this is NOT supported.   Customers with older
    Spectrum Control servers running 5.2.13 or older MUST upgrade to
    any interim version of Spectrum Control PRIOR to v5.3.2, ie
    v5.3.0.  Following a successful upgrade to an interim version,
    then proceed with upgrade to Spectrum Control v5.3.4
