Error description
When multiple Data Collector agents are deployed in a customer's datacenter, Storage Insights chooses the best agent to use for Probe and Performance Monitoring data transmission back to Storage Insights; but the same logic is not applied when triggering hardware log collection/upload to EcuRep. The result of this can be selecting a data collector that is not able to reach the storage device, which then results in a failure to upload storage device logs for use by IBM hardware support. RECREATE STEPS: Observe failures to upload logs to IBM EcuRep when requested from the Storage Insights GUI.
