Error description

• During tape dismount operations, the server will attempt to
  disable the data-safe (append only) mode for the tape drives.
  This can result in I/O errors if the tape drives do not support
  the data-safe mode.  The activity log will show one or more of
  the following errors/warnings generated during tape dismounts:
     ANR8302E I/O error on drive VTL_DRIVE00 (mt1.0.0.1) with
     volume V00001L5 (OP=SETAPPENDONLY, Error Number=0, CC=0, rc =
     2863, KEY=05, ASC=24, ASCQ=00,
     SENSE=70.00.05.00.00.00.00.0A.00.00.00.00.24.00.00.C0.00,
     Description=An undetermined error has occurred).
  
     ANR8311E An I/O error occurred while accessing drive
     VTL_DRIVE01 (mt1.0.0.2) for SETAPPENDONLY operation,
     errno = 1, rc = 2863.
  
     ANR8311E An I/O error occurred while accessing drive
     VTL_DRIVE02 (mt1.0.0.3) for QUERYAPPENDONLY operation,
     errno = 1, rc = 2863.
  
     ANR8994W Append-only mode is not supported on tape drive
     VTL_DRIVE00.
  
  These errors are benign and should not prevent the tape
  dismounts from completing successfully.  The server code will be
  enhanced to confirm whether the drives in VTL libraries support
  the data-safe mode before attempting to disable this mode.
