• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Running merge displays message "Insufficient space in temporary
  dbspaces" in online.log and creates a temp file in rootdbs but
  temp dbspaces has enough space :
  
  09/05/19 05:30:56  Session <166111> Insufficient space in
  temporary dbspaces:
            Creating the temporary table in the root dbspace,
            Temporary table first extent size is 125979936 pages.
  09/05/19 05:33:29  Checkpoint Completed:  duration was 13
  seconds.
  09/05/19 05:33:29  Thu Sep  5 - loguniq 411, logpos 0x4908278,
  timestamp: 0x5692fc3a Interval: 249753
  
  However, it does not matter if the temp file can be created in
  rootdbs or not due to the availability of space the MERGE
  completes successfully.
  
  Message is also displayed no matter if there is enough space
  available in temp dbspaces or no.
