APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A remotely (eg. HTTP/HTTPS) retrieved document retained in the
document cache might become invalid if the TTL is reached and
the HEAD response from the remote endpoint includes a
Content-Length of 0. This will invalidate the previous content
length used and make the cached document irretrievable.

Local fix

  • 1) Clear the document cache to temporarily alleviate
    2) Disable the document cache (Inside XML Manager->Document
Cache Policy, remove the TTLs or set to no-cache)

Problem summary

  • WTX binary transform action might fail to retrieve data from the
remote DPA file if the document in the cache is expired.
