APAR status

Error description

  • On restarting an application domain, the user observed delays
(several seconds for a single smaller domain deployed, up to
several minutes on a system with many, larger domains deployed).
The logs showed messages like these on such delay:
"[0x81000013][mgmt][error] domain-settings(default):
tid(1684287): Cannot be deleted. In use by:
password-alias(abc) password-alias(def) ..."
